WAIVERS
At Blackwater Outdoor Adventures, our goal is to provide you, your friends, and
your family with a fun AND safe experience. Our staff and guides are highly
trained with many years of experience in their respective fields. We ask that
our clients use them as the valuable resource they are and also listen to their
instruction during your event.
For your convenience, BOA provides permission and waiver forms in common formats below. Please bring completed forms with you on the day of your scheduled event.

Risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes including, but not limited to, selection of trail or river route, water level, weather conditions, risks of falling out of a raft, kayak, or canoe, and such other risks, hazards and dangers that are integral to recreational activities that take place in a wilderness, outdoor or recreational environment; and the participant and/or guardian hereby accepts and assumes these risks and dangers.
