CANOEING THE
CHEAT RIVER
Blackwater Outdoor Adventures provides quality canoes and sit-on-top kayaks for
floating the Cheat River. Enjoy wildlife such as bald eagles,
Canada geese and deer. Pack a picnic lunch, your fishing pole and binoculars.
Canoe float trips are not guided. No canoeing experience is necessary.
Shuttle times are offered
daily on the hour. Reservations are suggested.

4 mile float 45.00 per canoe
6 mile float 50.00 per canoe
9 mile float 65.00 per canoe
Overnight canoe trips and guided canoe trips on the Blackwater River are also available. Please call for details.
TUBING THE CHEAT RIVER
Enjoy a hot summer day tubing the flatwater of the Cheat River. You will float
down a section of the Cheat River with current but no rapids. The trip takes 1-2
hours. Minimum age is 4.

$5.00 per extra tube for a cooler
